Tim Cullen is the founder and owner of Cullen & Co., PLLC.  His practice focuses on appellate advocacy, personal injury litigation, business litigation, and general civil litigation.

Tim graduated from the University of Arkansas in 1994 with a degree in communication and a minor in English.

Tim graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Law in December of 1996.  He was a member of the Board of Advocates, and received top-paper awards in torts and employment discrimination.  During law school, Tim was employed as a law clerk at the Fayetteville, Arkansas, firm of Odom & Elliott, and as a part-time law clerk to Judge William A. Storey.  Tim graduated law school in two and a half years, and sat for and passed the February, 1997, Arkansas Bar Exam.

In January of 1997, Tim Cullen became one of the first law clerks to the then newly-appointed Judge Terry Crabtree at the Arkansas Court of Appeals.  In that capacity, Tim assisted Judge Crabtree in researching and writing appeal decisions for a wide variety of cases.   After working at the Court of Appeals, Tim worked in private practice handling primarily medical malpractice and other civil trial litigation for a well-known plaintiff’s lawyer.

In January of 2000, Tim joined with another attorney in forming the firm of Henry & Cullen LLP, where he practiced until February of 2003.  In February, 2003, Tim formed the firm of Cullen & Co, PLLC.

Tim has been active in the Arkansas Bar Association (Member, House of Delegates, 2008-11; Chair, Young Lawyers Section, 2001-2002; Secretary/Treasurer, Young Lawyers Section, 2000-2001).  He was selected as an associate member of the William R. Overton Inn of Court, Little Rock, Arkansas.  Tim holds active memberships in the American Bar Association, the Pulaski County Bar Association,  the Arkansas and American Trial Lawyer Associations, and the American Collectors Association.

Tim is the coach of his son’s five and six year-old tee-ball team, and is the Membership Chairman for the Mohawk District, Quapaw Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
