Cullen & Co., PLLC, is a general practice law firm located in downtown Little Rock, Arkansas. Presently our office consists of three attorneys and three support staff members. Our practice areas include civil trial practice, business litigation, collection (including commercial, consumer, medical and collection agency clients, and subrogation litigation), and personal injury litigation.
We also have a substantial appellate practice handling criminal and civil appeals in Arkansas state courts and federal appeals courts, including the United States Supreme Court.
Other specific practice areas include the administration of probate estates and claims against the government under the Federal Tort Claims Act. We enjoy a growing clientele of individuals and small and large business, and work with a growing number of other attorneys in the region as a co-counsel or referral counsel.
