Cullen & Co., PLLC, began in February of 2003. Our initial office was in downtown Little Rock at 111 Main Street. In August of 2004 we moved our office to its current location in downtown Little Rock in the historic Gans Building at 217 West 2nd Street. Before entering private practice, Tim Cullen served as a law clerk for a state court trial judge, and then as a law clerk for the late Judge Terry Crabtree at the Arkansas Court of Appeals. Tim practiced as an associate with a well-known plaintiff's lawyer, and gained substantial trial experience in medical and nursing home negligence cases and complex civil litigation. In January of 2000, Tim Cullen formed the partnership of Henry & Cullen PLLC and practiced in that partnership until forming Cullen & Co., PLLC in February, 2003.

In August, 2006, after successfully working together to bring a substantial medical malpractice case to conclusion, J.R. Baber, M.D., J.D., joined the firm of counsel. Dr. Baber is a licensed medical doctor, with a background in emergency medicine, family practice, and occupational medicine. Dr. Baber is a medical review officer for several major corporations, and a consultant on medical-legal issues for trial lawyers. He is also an accomplished trial lawyer himself. Dr. Baber and Tim Cullen continue to work together on medical, nursing, and pharmaceutical cases.

In July, 2007, Tasha Sossamon Taylor joined Cullen & Co., PLLC as an Associate Attorney. Prior to joining the firm, Tasha served two terms as a law clerk at the Arkansas Supreme Court in the chambers of the Honorable Associate Justice Robert L. Brown from 2005 through 2007. During that time, Tasha worked on a variety of legal issues in complex civil and criminal appeals and observed more than fifty oral arguments. With their combined appellate experience, Tim and Tasha handle a variety of appeals for individuals, businesses, and other law firms. Tasha's practice also includes general civil and business litigation.
