Cullen & Co., PLLC, began in February of 2003. The firm is currently located in the historic Union Plaza Building located in downtown Little Rock at 124 West Capitol Avenue.
Before entering private practice, Tim Cullen served as a law clerk for a state court trial judge, and then as a law clerk for the late Judge Terry Crabtree at the Arkansas Court of Appeals. Tim practiced as an associate with a well-known plaintiff's lawyer, and gained substantial trial experience in medical and nursing home negligence cases and complex civil litigation. In January of 2000, Tim Cullen formed the partnership of Henry & Cullen PLLC and practiced in that partnership until forming Cullen & Co., PLLC in February, 2003.
In August, 2006, after successfully working together to bring a substantial medical malpractice case to conclusion, J.R. Baber, M.D., J.D., joined the firm of counsel. Dr. Baber is a medical doctor, with a background in emergency medicine, family practice, and occupational medicine. Dr. Baber is a medical review officer for several major corporations, and a consultant on medical-legal issues for trial lawyers. He is also an accomplished trial lawyer himself. Dr. Baber and Tim Cullen continue to work together on medical, nursing, and pharmaceutical cases.
